As I recall in Carbon, there isn't a rap sheet. The heat levels play much less of a role than they did in Most Wanted, I think they go up to 5 or 3 but the game isn't really about annoying the police as it is about learning to control the 3 different car types.
Not sure if ya on about Nfs carbon on DS or the one on PS2.i only had the one on DS.xD,roflmao !!!

i don't think you can view the rap sheet in this game. I kow you could in Most Wanted, but not this one. As for the heat levels, i think it's just up to 5; as per usual
