Web revellers wreck family home (BBC)
Police interview web party girl (BBC)

or

Web gatecrashers trash home (The Sun)

heh, house rape.

So she claims she didnt post it on MySpace? They just all turned up and broke into her house? :S

Apparently the girl ran off to her friends house to avoid her parents wrath when they got back. She's been asked to get in touch.

To be fair, she could've invited some mates (I think it said somewhere she expected 40 odd people) and one/some of them could've put it on MySpace and friends of friends of friends turned up.

But still. You shouldn't go letting people into your house party unless you know them or you don't care about any damage.

Sounds like a normal house party to me, hence why you never hold one at your place :-D

Reminds me of a party this guy had at school.

Wasn't too popular and while his parents were away he held a party at his house after a school show.
Loads of folk turned up - mostly from school but a few friends of friends appeared. Started well with folk just drinking etc but then it just became a mess.

Bed got broke when some fat guy jumped on it. Fire extinguisher fights throughout the house. Someone threw a chair through a skylight window. Ripped radiators of walls. People peeing in plants, nicking music cd's and dvd's etc

Me and my mates were all outside making food on a bbq for most of the night so walking back into the house to see the mess was quite a shock. Certainly stopped me from ever having a house party like that.

One of my mates had a party with about 20 people when his folks were away and there was chewing gum stuck to the settee and drinks stains all over the place.

He managed to clean it up before his parents got home but I don't think he'll be having another one soon.

I got into the habit of having a birthday party between the ages of about 17 to 25 and my parents even arranged to go away for the weekend so I could do so - around 80% of the people I invited knew my parents well so the place got treated with respect and was generally cleaner when my parents came home than when they left.

There were a few minor incidents like a vodka bottle being left in their room, someone throwing up into a wastepaper bin and not telling anyone and dad pressing 'play' on the video recorder only to find someone had swapped his "TT Races" tape with a hardcore porn one ...
