find a country who's government officials have low melting temperatures and pour it on them. instant (and possibly decaffeinated) anarchy :)

People would then have less land to live on and overcrowding on the remaining land would cause a widespread epidemic of disease and eventually wipe out the global population.
b) Spill into a crack in the Earth, causing the Earth's teptonic (sp?) plates to move together with incredible force, causing the destruction of the world.
Given they're both worst-case scenarios :D
