PlayStation have told me that their SOCOM Server is up and running.
What else could be the problem?
Is it because I have ports that need to be opened in order to play?
I have tried the above, but maybe I went wrong with the numbers or perhaps I have not enabled the ICMP correctly. If anyhone knows this sort of thing, please kindly help me.
Has anyone else encountered such a problem with SOCOM?
Much appreciate your help.
Thanks.

I have made a succesful connection using HomeChoise - my ISP
It's a 1 MB ADSL USB connection.
Everything works great on the Central Network. What's also funny is that I have got a succesful TEST on the SOCOM game menu for the network setup - if this test in SOCOM is successful, should it not be a successful connection to the online network for SOCOM as well?
Thanks.
