If you're talking about the airport bit, what you've got to do is first hide behind either wall in front of the huge glass window where the helicopter shoots from and wait for the helicopter to stop shooting. Then you run out, shoot it as many times as possible before it deploys the swat team through the roof. You could shoot them to bits, or rush them holding focus and disarm each of them to save your bullets, then begin the cycle again. It takes good timing, but after a couple of failures you'll get the jist of things.
