Buying PES3 is the greatest investment you'll ever make; EVEN beating that of PES2.
I guarantee, if you buy this, you'll not be dissapointed. Buy it.
I absolutely hated it at first, i felt it was slow and unresponsive, but then u figure u have to play it with a mentallity of what your attack may be or leed to.
I love it now, master league mode is class, i started with fulham, u get given crappy players, then won like 1 game and bourght david dunn, i ended up winning the division 2 cup and league,
Now i have bourght players like lampard, ashley cole, numo gomes and robert.
It really adds another dimension to a football game.

I think that's what he's talking about, the fact that downloading an option file makes the game so much better.
