wow, i just tried ut2k3 with it for a laugh, and to make me feel better about the card im *going* to have. averaging out at a mean 8fps, the SIS 315 is a true, merciless brute. though i must confess the actual quality of the picture was magnificent.

strange - when i had my geforce 2 mx, it was absolutely laden with glitches, big ones and small ones, that made the whole game painful to look at. mind you, i only had the demo back then.

ok, put it this way.

this card is like the reliant robin of all the cards i've had. it's unstable, slow and lacking force. I'm using it as a cover while my new one is awaiting delivery. it'll also (hopefull) make me more appreciative of it when i see the significant boost.

What card ya getting mate? 9600?
