i have a few web sites hosted on Freeola, and for my needs they are terrific. As well as being cheap to buy domins and unlimited email accounts and unlimited web space, any problems Freeola have had with downtime have always been resolved quickly, that said it dosent happen very often. I think its technology and all ISPs will have downtime at some point I would imagine. I would have no trouble in recommending Freeola to any one.

Downtime is very rare - certainly less then my BT hosted sites!
My only criticism is that Freeola Support Staff could show a bit more interest here, on their own forum! Which always surprises me as it's part of their 'shop front' to the world :)
(Today's been a good day as loki has responded to a couple of my posts)
So I can't recommend Freeola enough.
Once the form_to_mail problem is sorted (I can't post without mentioning it!) I'll be even happier.

Staff involvement with the forums does have to remain limited. I am sorry if this gives the wrong impression, but it is primarily down to cost and control. It is more intended to be customer to customer rather than customer to staff.
However, you do have a valid point and I will look into whether we can provide better support on this forum.

Might I suggest a stickied thread outlining the best place to get support and what type of support users can expect from this forum then. Some appropriately titled thread like "If you need support.." might help a bit. I think there was such a thread on the old forums too?
