I'm taking it that Starkweather is Pigsy. How do I Kill him with the bricks!! Is it just a shot in the face, how do you do it?
When you first encounter him you have to run away from him and hide, find the glass shards and sneak up on him each time and perform one on the kill level kills (ie target him and when the white triangles appear let go of the button)
He dosn't die though, after 3-4 stabs he cuts through a door. Follow him and he is hiding in a room he calls home. Throw the brick at him and he should run away again up some stairs.
The trick here is to get him to chase you up the stairs, you'll notice a grid in the middle, get him to walk over that twice and you'll see just what has to be done.
After that some heavily armed guys come after you so just be on your toes...
