Be quick when using the cigs, or you'll lose health.
The number of sensors depends on the difficulty level. The harder it is, the more sensors there are to shoot out. If you've only shot one, there is a high probability that there are still more to shoot. Try standing on the table thing in the middle of the locker room, to peer over the lockers. You might find another one by just moving from left to right in front of the first laser beam, as there is one tucked away to one side as well.
