I need help with my actoin replay cheat disk. I insert the wire into the pc. Then I put the memory card in there.(like the instructoins said.)
Then I put the cheats on the memory card thatI want. Then I put the memory card into the controller. I start the game. But no cheats or power saves are activated. What have I done wrong.

Apparently if you come across people using Action Replay on Live, report them to Live customer services and if they're found to be cheating then they get banned from Live.
Hehe, the Molotovs look cool though.
Datel do not make or support online cheating.

As far as I am aware, you need to copy the powersaves from your memory card to your Xbox HDD.
Also, have you got the latest update for the PC software?
