Oh the joy of text. Does it irritate anyone else out there, the way people text? I get so many on my phone, and then have to reply to al of them. Soon, I need another voucher. And another. Soon, when I see something I actually want to buy, I have a terminal lack of money. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a good thing to be able to communicate by words, without having to show any..um…emotion by talking. And the damn things only cost 10p, so you think, ‘This voucher will last ages. No problem’. Then it’s gone, and I’m thinking ‘ There’s so much more I wanted to do with that tenner. We never even had time to get to know each other.’ Maybe I’m too attached to my money. Nothing can be done either. Texts come and go, and practically each one needs a reply so there we go, typing away. Perhaps one day it’ll be diagnosed as an illness, and doctors will hand out medication for Repititive Text Strain or something. Ah well, one day I’ll smash my phone. But wait, another text….
