Seems like Joe's getting a sequel earlier on the way than expected, it should be out in Japan by the end of this year.
You can play as both Joe and his girlfriend Silvia this time (Resi 0 style maybe?) Apparently, she uses pom-poms to beat enemies to pulp. Apparently.
They're keeping the graphics the same of course, and it should be shown at E3. Good news indeed, although I may have prefered another game just the same, without this new 'innovation'.

Yeh, I'm pleased they're making a proper sequel too, rather than just that Japan-only updated version. Nope, I never did get round to completing it, must do that soon, specially now Beyond Good and Evil's all done WAY too quickly.

Excellent. Although that PS2 exclusive game also sounds good fun.
The 4 bosses in a row gets easy after a while, but after that it gets a whole lot harder.
This is really, really annoying.. Im stuck trying to defeat all the bosses in one shabang. It's tough and i'm never going to complete this game but I really want to.
Capcom were seeking a new franchise really. P.N:03 didn't do well at all but VJ did well enough to warrent a sequel.
