Definately more porn. "Porn Star 64" would have sold by the bucket load.

Porn in games is a touchy subject. Due to the fact that the majority of gamers are male, and how everyone liked the bit in Tomb Raider where you got her to handstand, there is definately a market for it.
Graphically, it can be done. The power of machines nowadays is there to allow this kind of thing at a quality worth seeing.
A PS2 Japan-only game Primal Image was released at launch, where you took could choose a girl, move her limbs to a pose of your choice, and then take a picture. A good idea in concept and the screenshots looked good, but due to bad handling of the control system and poor storyline, it got a very bad rating. Also, the game had no nudity, bikinis only, and restricted the user from placing hands in "those" places.
Had they featured nudity, and had no restrictions, they might have got away with it. Why? because of the porn content. Guys love Lara Croft because she is completely under your control.
Though there is a mass market for porn on consoles, you don't see it much. Firstly, Image. Sony or nintendo don't want to have their machine running porn, as the sales would die. Parents won't buy a machine for their kids if they know that that type of content is available. Second, they make poor games. Can you think of a game that would include porn that had a good storyline? No? neither can the porn film industry. Try and think of a game with a non porn storyline and stick porn in it and it wont work either.
Because of the age ratings finally coming into play legally, adult titles are coming out (horror variety) with age restrictions. When this is finally mainstream we might start seeing adult titles on the machine.
In the meantime, if you want that kinda thing check out the DVD market. Due to instant scene selection and camera angles, "games" are coming out on that format offering you what you want.
(And before you ask "how do I know all of this?", ask any web designer. They all know that the adult industry leads the internet industry. They did Credit cards first, webcams, pay per view, the lot.)
