Hmm, let's see. This week, I are be mostly racing:

Mazda 787B - 700+bhp
TVR Speed 12 - 1034bhp
TVR Tuscan Speed 6 - 600+bhp
Volkswagen Beetle RSi - 230+bhp
Volkswagen Beetle Cup Edition - 200+bhp
RUF CTR2 - 340+bhp
RUF RGT - 1099bhp
RUF 3400S - 600+bhp
Mazda MX-5 - 320+bhp

I can't remember all their exact power outputs, hence the approximations - I might be wrong.

And no, I'm not letting you know how I got the 787B, but let's just say the race is a damn long one (but not an endurance race)... Suffice to say, though, that it really flys. But it still doesn't have the 1099bhp of my RUF RGT licked for top speed though - the RGT'll do a nimble 419km/h.

Why is there an option to control the amount of laps in the options menu when it doesn't do anything.

It ranges from 1 to 99 but every race i've seen desn't seem to change.

I think that is for controlling the number of laps in the 2 player mode. But that is just a guess.

Like the Wind. Proffessional league. 20 laps of test course, and all you need to win by several laps is a tuned viper and an S license. Its ridiculously easy, and gives one of the best cars in the game out as a prize!

Try the Viper GTS. It has slightly less hamster power, (1057), but it beats that top speed no problem.

I started with a Beetle, moved to an Audi TT, upgraded to a Dodge Viper, which unlocked the main part of the game for me, and then won the 787B by Mazda, which is now winning... lots. I have bought a Lotus Espirit, and have won stuff like the fully tuned Ford Tickford and Camaros. There are other heavy hamster power cars, but I don`t use them all that much.

when i had that much money i brought the Ford mustang and tuned it up as much as i could, if you build it up you can use it in an endurance race ( i did the 100 laps on super speed way). you win lots of money and a nice car, greeeeat
