Well I read this on gamesradar.com that NGC was looking for people's suggestions for the game and that half the suggestions they made for Perfect Dark got into the game so why not try? :D

Seriously, the toon thing was really poo.

Toon Shading was great- I think it worked really well.
I'd say:
-Involve Hyrule(!)
-More 'themed' dungeons, like in OOT- the water temple was obviously different to the spirit temple, for instance.
-Flight perhaps? We've done sailing, walking and riding...

As they say possible expand the flight idea used in Wind Waker... perhaps a bird?
Not neccessarally harder or longer Dungeons, I think Wind Waker got them right, just more of them.
Another town similar to the central one is needed.
Back to land, water was good just don't do it again.
Keep with cel-shading it ruled.
Improve the already amazing animation and add an extra layer of detail.
Also flesh out the story.
But isn't this all too late if the game is due in Japan at Christmas.

Don't you all try and pretend that the bird thing was your idea. I said that about 3 weeks ago and I said "mark my words - a bird".
If there is a bird in the game which you fly I expect much adulation and praise from you all for being the first one to mention it.

Needs to have a higher difficulty level. I think I died maybe once during the whole game and that was only because I forgot to to pause the game and came back to see Link get hacked to piece by those annoying little Imp things.
Oh and out with the sailing, in with massive OOT type worlds. It needs more memorable landmarks and villages.

I think Link should ride around on a huge flying bird.

The first thing they should do is make it good.
Wind waker was good not brilliant though needs work but the control, targeting, camera and graphics system just needs tweaking, fixing and maybe some new stuff.
