Just climb up the ladder after you've killed the two guards using your fog magic. I think thats what you meen?
thanks i tryed that but it didn't work this fog or mist is the one if you get to close it knocks you out,if you can think of anything else thats ok.

Oh maybe are you talking about when you have to turn the folves to turn the gas off? I think that is where you are if your not where i just suggested.
