I used to have a Floppy Disk that when used as a startup disk emulated XMS and ran DOS, allowing me to play retro games on my PC, but from over use it has died, as floppy disks have a habbit of doing when used more than 3 times. Doers anyone know of an emulator that I could download or write to a floppy?

No, Emus are not illegal. But also, the 24 hour rule is complete rubbish. It has no basis in law at all, but the notion has spread like a virus. It has no legal weight whatsoever. In any country.
emulators are in no way illegal.
the only illegality is using the ROMS after 24 hours of download if you don't own the original game.... which, of course, EVERYONE adheres to ;)

this product youre using emulators are illegal and they are not supposed to be available just the pirates post the illegal software free and its better the real console not an emulator
I think you mean MSX the emulater is on mgsonline.com there you can also download 4 games 2 of them to play on the NLMSX emulater the FAQ are also there is you donīt know how to use it
