Am sure I have done this before, but can I find the right buttons to click? NO any pointers

Found it! needed to log in with the other account and transfer a domain in

Indeed. Don't forget this does not transfer over the hosting for the domain, which is seperate. In order to do that you will need to "Manage Multiple Accounts" and then "Combine Account"s. Quoted phrases are button links by the way.

This will require your hosting username and password, sr001001 etc.
