At the start just go straigh to the end of the corridor, down the stairs, straight to the end of his corridor. The stairs here are blocked off so go in one of the rooms closest to the stairs and drop down a hole in the floor.
It's on some paper down there somewhere.
You can backstab zombies and they won't get back up again.
But now I know holy water is the way. And damn that freaky little girl's voice appearing everywhere.
All developers who make supposed scary games should be forced to play through that level, superbly designed.
Sound was used brilliantly, from the eerie sountrack to the spooky noises and sound effects. I even remember hearing footsteps behind me when I walked on a catwalk, freeked me out bad that one did.
I was kinda tense anyway and then adding that ghost in was like an orgasm of scariness... then you realise she doesn't want to kill you and relax a bit.
And even when I got the generator turned back on it was worse I think because you couldn't hide in the shadows.
Oh yeah and you know the staff tower part I was quite happily going up there preparing for some serious looting as it was one of the objectives and I was feeling slightly relaxed when suddenly the girls voice says, "That's the staff tower. Nobody is allowed up there." In her usual booming voice. So I ran up, pinched a few candlesticks and fled. :D
