We have these threads popping up every now and then. Think Final Fantasy 7 was pretty popular.

However Borderlands is really really impressing me at the moment. I have fallen in love with it like I have not done with a game since FF7 and WOW.

I like Kingdom Hearts, i've not really played on any final fantasy's is FF7 the best then?

Arguably. In my opinion it is without a doubt the best. Have you got a PS3?

Ahh cos you can download FF7 on PSN for use on PS3 and PSP now. Would have been handy.

Still definately worth a play if you like Kingdom Hearts.

Mashed was immense on the Xbox and PS2,4 player multiplayer was awesome fun.As the company who made it went bust there's no chance of it coming out for the current gen consoles :(

For sheer number of hours spent, I'd have to say my favourite game on the 360 is Forza Motorsport 2 (got Forza 3 sitting next to me but not got around to playing it yet) and for the PS2 - GTA3.

I still have to say it's Zelda Ocarina of Time on the N64. Goldeneye deserves a mention too.

Metal Gear Solid on the PS (they spoiled the series after that)

Halo on Xbox.

Didn't really have a game that stood out on PS2... FFX, Guitar Hero, Ico?


Xbox 360 - Hitman, Gears of War 2, CoD4. All greats. I'm sure Batman Arkham Asylum is a classic too, judging by what others have said.
