Er no, this is very old news. All it is, is a PS2 with a HDR/DVD combo, it can play all sorts of multimedia, but hasn't been released here yet, and had loads of software problems in Japan.
Although they may release it here, chances are it will be a wait due to the release of the slim PS2.
