I don't know if anyone here is in athletics but I'm looking to get into it and at a charity afternoon recently I ran 15 laps of the field (about 17km) in 1 hour 2 minutes. I need to know how decent a starting base that is for me to start training up from, whether that's quite a decent time or absolutely pathetic.
