Actually these ones come in a tray, they're my mums extra strength doodars for her arthritis. Not only soothe the pain, but give you a warm relaxing glow too. A few shaky cups of tea and I'll be ready to do it all again. Just joking, obviously I'm never drinking again. Was supposed to be at a sparring class at 12:30 but I don't fancy dying on my feet.

You've not missed out on much. Painkillers rarely seem to actually help me unless I take more than the recommended dosage.
