Could take a while to get used to the new look. The start menu is also fairly annoying. When you click programs in start it switches the most used programs list to the main program list rather than opening up a new menu. It's deffinately for new pc's. I'm running it on my spare computer which is still a AMD 1300+ with 512mb and it struggles on some of the graphics.
In case you're wondering. I'm running the new beta 2 released by microsoft.

7 Version of Vista and thats not counting the PCIe/On-Chip/SATA box versions being mentioned atm!
Probably going to need a whole new PC just to run Windows, though. :-(
It's possibly due to the mx400 as it's very graphics intense.
