You may remember me mentioning the screen going all white and stuff, but it went back to being fine after a while. Well now it's completely monged itself and has gone all red, it refused to turn on until I took the cover off of the screen and prodded the cable with a pen (a plasic one, I'm not stupid!)

You can see where the cable has been ripped by the opening and closing of the laptop. I haven't closed it in 4 months but my sister moved it and managed to break it completely, dammit.
The screen went all red and it turned off for ages, after 'the prodding' it came on but was stripy red (as you can see,) it's fine now but I wanna get it sorted.
I'm gonna email the support people and find out what I can do, but I'm guessing it's gonna be a case of me sending it back and paying loads for it to be repaired.
Moral of the story: Don't buy laptops, they're a waste of money and time.
