Turn the computer off, turn it back on.

Generic Helpdesk checklist -
1. Try turning computer off and back back on.
2. Run windows update.
3. Run out of ideas, so elevate to level 2 support.

2. Press Print Screen
3. Start MS Paint
4. Click Edit > Paste.
5. Click Image > Flip/Rotate
6. Click Flip Horizontal
7. Click OK.
