I don't really like The Rakes, although it was interesting at the Reading/Leeds thing when they had people from Bloc Party, Maximo Park and Towers of London up on stage filling in for the missing singer.
I don't really like the Rakes either, although Work Work Work is a fantastic song
They were rubbish at Reading. But then I suppose it's always a bit hard to play without your lead singer, isn't it?

22 grand job and Retreat are both absolute tunes. Pity all their songs seem to follow the same thread about the 9-5 and pubs and clubs. Yeah.
