You're assuming the list would get updated far enough in those 10 days for you to be able to claim in time (if indeed you managed to win).

I was gonna write a couple of reviews and try and win my wee brother a game for his birthday in a fortnight.
If warnings last 10 days (I think they do), then there's no chance I can win him one in time, which means I'll have to buy him something (Damn).

Well I was warned for a similar post but I didn't bother kicking and screaming about it on a forum (or, indeed, anywhere else).

Are you trying to win games at the moment? If not there's no reason to be bothered, unless you actually care that people can see you've been warned...

Pfffft, posts like that are the whole point of General Chat, why else do we have it?.

Anyway, it says "warned and have their posts deleted", surely you can't have one without the otehr.

Now, if you delete this thread, there'll be no proof that I was spamming, so you can't, so they can't warn me for it.

(Yeah I know that's a load of rubbish, but this doesn't deserve awarning, no way, it's one spamming post - imagine if every single football player got a yellow card every time the fouled, even if it wasn't one that bad - like this).
