Infact it does - [URL]http://www.download.com/[/URL] - Just click on the music section. They have 50,000 songs which are completly free and legal. No need to register, subscribe, etc.

It's not so good for searching for a particular song/ artist you want, but it's exellent for browsing and discovering new bands.
