If our local Muslim down the road turned out to be of the terrorist persuasion, and the Police needed the street to be evacuated so they can blow up his Koran, do they have the power to forcefully remove me, or is it my choice to run the risk of shrapnel in the back of my head?
Just saying, I don't want to be stuck in a sports hall with 200 mongoloids for three days, whilst they send in JOHNNY 5 to deal with it in a few minutes. Most Muslims don't leave their bombs in the street, so it's not like I'd be treading on evidence or anything.

In hostage situations they cuff the hostages just to be sure.
By refusing to go you'd be classed as 'acting suspiciously' and no doubt be taken off somewhere for questioning.
That or the ones I've mentioned before. No one's going to prosecute a fireman for pulling someone suicidal out of a burning house and equally noone's going to go after a policemen who pulls some fool out of a building because it's close to a bomb.

I don't know if they can evacuate you, but I sure would rather risk being blown to pieces than miss the ending of a film I've hired or risk missing a few hours vital play on my xbox. It should be your call. It probably isn't though!
