Black Pearls by Eric Sardinas.

He's like the guitar playing hybrid man-baby of Steve Vai and Stevie Ray Vaughn. If you like flashy guitar playing and something that is rocky and bluesy at the same time it is highly recommended. Saw him live supporting Steve Vai and was blown away. And at the end Eric and his band came out to meet the fans.

Just bought the Gatecrasher 2 album - some great old classics on there.

Last one was technically 'Caution' by Hot Water Music, although I did buy 'Enemy of the Enemy' by Asian Dub Foundation on the same day...

I can imagine an official relase of the Rio tapes, they're pretty good; I think we may also have another live album coming our way.

Jimi Hendrix and Kurt Cobain: Both died young, both recorded shedloads of stuff, both get a lot of what have been termed "Posthumous exploitation releases"...

All three 'unreleased' songs are just different versions of already available songs, which sucks. Complete cash-in this time around I'm afraid. No doubt there will be more in the future, as there's a huge amount of unreleased stuff still unsurfaced.

Like the Nirvana Foo Fighters demo session. I would literally die to hear that.

There's a best-of-the box compliation coming out, effectively some prime choice cuts from With The Lights Out, plus 2 or 3 different songs, one of which I think is an acoustic demo from Mr Cobain dated 1985.

Around the same time that Ozzy Osbourne is releasing a covers album, most of which were featured on his recent box set, oddly enough.
