With Download starting tomorrow, I think we should have a thread for our festival-related havoc. Anyone going to one?, watching one?, looking forward to one more than any others? I am going to T in The Park soon and I cannot wait, I am sure you feel the same if you are going to a festival. Roll on the Summer!

I went to T in the Park two years yonder.
All my mates wanted to stay in a travel inn but I enjoyed the tent life last time.
After my lovely drunken shower, dump and sleep I was fresh and ready for the next day whilst a bunch of smelly people awoke from the dead. Mwahaha

If you're going to Reading, stay in the Trusthouse Forte next to the campsite.
You can get as drunk as your mates, dirty as your mates and do exactly what they're doing.
Except at the end of it, whilst they stagger off to their musty tent surrounded by thousands of drunks screaming obscenities until sunrise - you go to a clean room with a double bed, shower and toilet.

Uh-huh. I've kept it real and I've stayed in the Forte. Trust me, the pleasure to be had soaking in a bath whilst your dirty, need-a-poo mates bang on the door is priceless.
Plus it's easier to get laid, nobody wants to go back to a tent where your mates are giggling and pretending not to look
