The Parachute:
In Los Santos go to the big intersection (can't remember what its called) then go to the next intersection to the south then there is a sign on the freeway on the south bound lane jump off the edge then you will be next to a building with lots of pillars find the yellow marker and then find the parachute at the top of the building. and you done!!

The Combine Havester:
sorry don't know some where in the countryside (obviously)

You didn't have to quote all of that, anyway...

Go right to the top of Mount Chilliad (damn, it's bloody high) and theres Armour, a mountain bike and a Parachute.

Plus, you can have a mountain bike race at the top.
