Right, now, joking aside it's about setting yourself challenges and it extends the life of games.
I doubt I'd have botheed replaying silly old cat racing on TS3 if it didn't have a scoreboard so I could challenge myself to beat other people's times.
Got myself up to 31st in the world after about 20 minutes. Good daft fun, and I still might go back and give it another shot because it's more fun competing against others then it is against yourself.
