My top score so far (3 goes) is 48. Mind you, I have two kids that can't read helping me by shouting out the colour they see...

That theme song is so funky.

118 on my second go (after getting 2 on my first).

Score on first go: 28

To be honest it's not that overly hard to click the colour and not the word- you just have to get the hang of it.

Clicking the word instead of the colour would be harder.

Blur your eyes, that way you can't read the word and all is good.

Aha, but if you blur your eyes how will you know which button to click on?
