The main trouble with girls is that they hang around in groups so it is so hard to get them alone to ask them out. But it is also not a good idea to ring because first of all it is easy for them to hang up and secondly it doesnt seem very "manly" it is a sign of weakness that you can't ask them face to face

If he likes Snoop Dogg then maybe? But then I have Snoop Dogg's first album and I'm not a chav. He was also chasing some really tarty girl so again maybe, you'll have to ask him yourself? See what kind of clothes he likes and music and whatever and judge from that? That's as far as I can help.
