I dont know how many people have traded in their old games, but i have done it 2 or 3 times now, and iam consitently outraged at the cheeky prices the shops offer to buy them back, then a few days later you see your old game being sold £15 more than they bought it off you for. For a brand new quake 3 revolution game i was offered £20, absolutely shocking.

Try selling it to your mate for £30, that's what I would do!

You might find it is called making a profit, but then why would you be trading PS2 games already, the only one I got rid of was X-Squad when I finished it and got madden, what an investment

What happened was i got the game in the coke auction with the intent to sell it in an auction or to a friend, however my friend didnt want it so i thought i would auction it off, then i discovered that the auction sites charge you to put stuff on them, then i thought i would trade it in, so i phoned a local high street retailer to price it.

A very good idea indeed, or they could trade in 2nd hand games.

If they traded in games they may be left with a load of rubbish they don't want, an auction site doesn't give them any stock headaches.

This is true, however if you had to phone up and recieve a number before you could send the game then you could moniter the games coming in and only give the numbers to games that were in demand or out of stock.

Although an auction site would be really cool especially if it was free to advertise.
