Looks incredibly slow. :S
The idea is that it starts off slow and gets faster as you get better. It gets very, very fast. I saw gamerTVs review, and they didn't appear to show any footage beyond the first 2 (relativly slow) classes.
Think they mean the PSP one. Ive had a quick go and its rather slow to start with but i only played about 3 races.
Is this a new PS2 version? Because the PSP version is pretty damn fast on the later sections.
Well i should have mine any day and i hope its fast but not too fast you cant see whats happening. I'll let you know when ive had a go.
A slow Wipeout pretty much takes all appeal away from the game instantly.

Haven't seen it, but surely that's the whole point of Wipeout ... to go fast.
Or at least give the impression of going fast - the speedo could say 1,000,000 mph, but if it doesn't feel like it, then so what.
