Hi, I was Dan2K1 and now reformed and become Edge Master, how exciting. I would like to know who to contact for some answers to my questions. I cannot find Ali's email address, I imagine that is the correct one - so if anyone could tell me I shall be pleased.

It's called Rapid Eye Movement. I am really late to chaps. I have just been playing chess, so I'll post my review of chess.

REM is a type of sleep. It's when you move your eyeballs, I think. What happens is, you go into REM and you can't move your muscles; you are unable. So you move your eyeballs instead.

I can't believe I know this...
