I read about this in the paper on Saturday, apparently they give 33% off anyway on promotions so the coupon is worth 7% but that's still an extra £7 off per £100 spent :D

I did just think that you might be able to get 40% off a 3 for 2 offer (hence the 33% off I was refering to earlier) but point 6 scuppers that.

Ah this, I read about it on The Sun and just saw an old clip on BBC News :) they claim it was for someone in South Africa(?) and was only intended for friends and family but then it spread all over the internet and 100,000s took up the offer.
Apparently even at 40% they'll still make a profit so they dont mind at all. Infact The Sun said that you should still shop around because some places might have an even lower price.
I think this was all planned though =) still by making people buy their wines early, they've beaten the supermarkets.
