Yesterday it was snowing ALL DAY and none of it settled. They are saying it's gonna snow really bad tonight but they said that about last night as well and all I saw was rain.

Just come back off a walk, here you can see that nightly scene. That wave of snow is at the side of the road, it'll cause a few accidents tonight no doubt.
