Can anyone give me a link where I can get one? A relatively small one would be preferable (you do not know my PC), something that works in a similar way in general to DivX Player would be perfect.

WMV is Windows Media Video, so obviously it's encoded by Windows Media. Hence you can use Windows Media Player to play WMVs, I don't know why Highly Excitable can't use Windows Media Player.

U can get windows media player and stuff from microsoft.

You need the codecs.
