Dont see how as it doesn't do anything at boot, or with the Bios come to think of it. The program itself isn;t initiated until after logging in.

Bug-ger! in light of that, upgrading your OS might me a good idea too as Win98 is no longer supported by Microsoft for patches or security updates!

Prevents zero day attacks, trojans, spyware and malicious code, and best of all it's totally free! Updates almost everyday with new definitions and monitors more than just your net connection.
In allseriousness, give it a go.
Been using since it;s Beta release last year (ALong with Norton NIS2004/Router/M$ Anti Spyware)
And not a sausage, a single sniff of anything remotley nasty/irritating on my PC!
