The other day I got Doom3 to run on my not very good pc which was great fun (it doesent take much to please me). All the settings were on low or off and it ran a bit slow and went jumpy when in a firefight. Not having anything better to do today I decided to try and get it running better, so now its running at med, 1024 by 768 with all the bits and bobs switched on. All I did was to make the screen smaller (about 5-6inches square) and it was as smooth as anything. It would even play at high settings with a 4 by 4inch screen size which was fine but was a bit much in the fights. Has anyone else ever just played around like this to get a good result?

Many thanks!
You were 100% right - great support!
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
