Or Western Union. Travel Agents usually let you use WU.
When I hear Western Union, I think of Nigerian Royalty scams.
It is pretty dodgy. Paypel is the better option.
But Locky, if you don't give each other your addresses, how will the sender post the item I'm assuming was won on eBay?
I may be wrong, but why else would you send a stranger some money - unless it's to some guy in Nigeria.
