Friends is probably the best sitcom I've ever seen - "comedy series" is just far too broad a criteria to think about.

Peep Show is watchable but not particularly funny. It's pretty crude in places and despite the first-person view quirk, it doesn't offer much.

Scrubs, Blackadder, and Red Dwarf are all top quality sitcoms. Peep Show was better during series 1 but series 2 has had some good moments.

Peepshow is the best thing on TV right now. Easily.
Spaced is king, and Scrubs is a personal favourite.

Just looking at tonight's schedule, Have I Got News For You is better.

Jam. Chris Morris.

Very funny, but also leaves you feeling ditry and grubby after a stint.

Jam, held in hand as we speak, got it mainly because I work on the Ambulances and the cover made laugh.


You laugh at it, but then you feel guilty about doing so. Same with brass eye.

Anything with Chris Morris, or Simon Pegg = Fantastic (except maybe Shaun of the dead, slightly disappointed)

Little britain. Peep show is on on fridays on channel 4 at 1.00 its quite good.

Scrubs by far is the best..hope they get the problems with the dvds sorted soon.

Scrubs is good, I have about 50 episodes on my phone (n gage QD)

Malcolm in the middle is sheer quality though, it never fails to make me laugh
