Its one that we have at school and you get marks on it if your uniform is wrong so who hates it
lol thats so lame, glad i finished school 6 years ago we didn't have crazy systems like that. i can understand you hating it

We are going to get this lame rule that if you are seen with crappy uniform 2 in one day. Ie untucked shirt or short tie, you get a lunchtime dt. OMG, stupid teachers. Them and their crazy rules! Theirs also this rule that our stripy ties must have 12 stripy stripes! Yeah!!
a uniform card is for special peopel and is a weird peice of rubbish that shouldn't be used any where and if your school uses them you should tell them to shove them up their ass
