Yes you can, its badly done but you can. Dont know where the heck it was (was playing on bros game) but where i played pool was in a bar...
In the bar near CJ's mums house. Look for a cocktail(sp?) on the map.
Its very very poor though, not worth the effort of playing it.

the pool tables are in every bar. and its a very very very good way to make money when you first start out! ern a grand in about 5 mins not bad id say
