Not wanting to spend anymore than £300 really. And I'm thinking about buying 512mb more RAM aswell. So what would be my best options with/without the RAM?
Thank ye all.
- TV with Recording capabilities and an EPG
- Radio
- Phone
- DVD Player / Recorder
- Music Jukebox
plus the usual other applications. I can control all the media related stuff (TV, radio, etc) with my phone as well - which is always fun.

It doesn't get better than 2GB Corsair XMS3200 XL PRO.
Plus that isn't entirely true, the X800 XT Platinum Edition out performs the 9800XT by a considerable margain. I sold my 9800 XT before getting an X800 XT Platinum Edition and the difference is huge.
I play mine on a TFT at 1280 x 1024 with all settings on high and where I can 8 x AA and 16 x AF. Anyone who says you don't need a top end system to run games like that is talking serious anal wash.

Can't disagree with that. I've got a Gainward 6800GT Golden Sample (Ultra Speed)
Nothing but silky smoothness.
